Group Managing Director
Joe created Joseph Search due to the demand within the hospitality industry to introduce a more personal experience for our clients.
Joe is still a very active recruiter with close to 10 years within the recruitment industry both internal & agency settings. His focus in Joseph Search is to constantly support clients on achieving their recruitment strategies, and building the company presence across the UK, Ireland and Jersey.
Hospitality & Finance Director
ACIMA qualified FCMA Finance Director with over 20 years financial management experience in owner managed entrepreneurial businesses. Experienced at C-Suite level advising on financial matters and heading the Finance function.
Michelle has worked for a number of large organisations, and she is key to Joseph Search growth and future investment.
She works very closely to our Group MD on a more strategic approach.
Group Commercial Director
My personal focus within the company is senior leadership recruitment across the UK & Ireland, such as Head & Sous Chefs, Deputy GM's, Operations Manager's and senior FOH teams.
He is also getting married to the Group MD, so this is really a family business!
Carlo's background started managing his own retail business, e-commerce and now recruitment.
